Brush Down/Comb Out & De-matting ONLY: For those dogs who aren't really in need of a grooming, just a complete brush down and de-tangling. Appointments are mandatory for this service, and are only taken Monday through Thursday.

OVERNIGHT CARE - This is limited to regular clients ONLY, and must be reserved in advance. 50% non-refundable deposit required 1 week prior, or, full payment if less than 7 days before booked dates, to confirm your space.
Fees are non-refundable. Should you return earlier, full fees still apply and are not 'carried over' for future visits.
Other rules apply, be SURE to check with us first.
Dogs will need to arrive by 8 p.m. on the first night, and be retrieved before 8 p.m. on the last night, (or by closing). If you need to bring them to the day care before 6 p.m., on the first day, regular DAY rates will apply up until 8 p.m., when the overnight rate will begin. Also, if your pet will be staying over a holiday weekend, your pet must be brought in before we close for the holiday. If you wish to retrieve them during the holiday, prior arrangements must be made and a surcharge of between $12 and $35 will apply.
(Example: On Labour Day weekends we will be closed Saturday, & Monday as well as our normal day of closure, Sunday. Your dog will need to be placed with us Friday BY 6 p.m. and will be ready for pick-up on Tuesday, between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m..) For stays over a holiday weekend we prefer at least one week prior notice. Note: No discounts offered on overnight care.

We Offer '10-Visit Passes', valid for full (or short) days care, any day we are open, for one or two dogs, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Ten-visit passes, valid for two dogs (brought in & picked-up at the same time) are charged full price for first dog, & short-day rate for second.

REGISTERED CLIENTS who are in need of day care on a day that we are closed may reserve for that day, IF WE ARE AVAILABLE. Pets will only be able to come if it is their REGULAR day. (ie: no reservations for days we are CLOSED if your pet does not usually come on that day.)
